Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Executive Resort Sales Representative to join our Upgrade Sales Division. This role involves working with qualified guests to present membership upgrade opportunities in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one sales presentations
- Communicate membership benefits and options
- Provide a professional guest experience
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Participate in training programs
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Availability to work Wednesday–Sunday schedule
