Manages, plans, and coordinates the activities of the supervisors
engaged in the preparation, installation, and production of shipyard
interiors by performing the following duties in a manner that complies
with all Trident Maritime systems safety procedures. Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned as required. - Coordinates and assists
supervisors assigned to installation of HVAC, Insulation and Joiner
products. - Coordinates the development of manning requirements needed
to maintain schedule and budget. - Follows established windows of
opportunity for installation to ensure customer schedule dates met. -
Coordinates the maximum percent complete installation plan to support
all Trident Maritime Systems installation efforts and customer\'s
needs. - Coordinates manpower requirements by reviewing personnel and
overtime to meet changing conditions, under the direction of the Site
Production Manager. - Reads specifications, such as blueprints and data,
to determine installation requirements. - Supports the company\'s
employee engagement activities to support the achievement of company
goals and objectives. - Is accountable for installation performance,
quality, and increasing efficiencies through process improvement
efforts. - Consults with other trades such as electrical and Pipe to
coordinate installation activities. Enforces safety policies and
regulations. - Maintains an appropriate labor-management relationship
With Coworkers. Qualifications - 10 Years Related Experience And/or
training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. -
