MAJOR DUTIES:
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone or email
- Providing product information and pricing to customers
- Collecting and processing customer orders
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborating with sales representatives to meet sales targets
- Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling
- Supporting the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals
- Participating in training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES:
- Previous CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience required; Salesforce CRM experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both via phone and in-person)
- Proven experience with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional organization skills
