Trident Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Lead Fire Sprinkler Technician / Foreman to help lead field operations and support the growth of our service and construction teams. With over 10 years in the industry, we are a professional, well-structured operation and looking for leaders who take pride in quality work and strong teams.
What You'll Do
Lead and supervise fire sprinkler technicians on job sites.
Perform and oversee installation, service, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
Manage daily jobsite operations, crew assignments, and timelines.
Train and mentor technicians to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Ensure all work meets fire code, safety, and quality standards.
Communicate with management, inspectors, and customers as needed.
What We're Looking For
5 years of fire sprinkler experience.
CSFM Pipe Fitter Certification (Preferred).
Demonstrated experience leading crews as a foreman.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must live within 40 miles of Hesperia, CA.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
