What You’ll Do

• Clinical & Sterilization Support
• Sterilize instruments using ultrasonic cleaners, autoclaves, and approved disinfectants
• Prepare and assemble instrument trays in perfect order for each procedure
• Operate, monitor, and maintain sterilization machinery
• Clean and breakdown operatories post-treatment, ensuring a pristine environment
  
  

Practice & Patient Support

• Replenish clinical supplies and maintain organized stock systems
• Assist dental assistants and endodontists by prepping operatories and tools
• Step in for light front desk responsibilities as needed – greeting patients, scheduling, or answering the phone
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a plus
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Communication Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Organizational Abilities: Exceptional time management with the capacity to multitask
  
  

Physical & Workplace Requirements

• Ability to lift 5–40 pounds occasionally
• Reach, bend, and handle small instruments routinely
• Work in a dental operatory environment; accommodations provided as needed for disabilities
