We are seeking a polished, organized Front Office Administrator who can help keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering the high level of service our patients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional experience for every patient
- Manage scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Support front desk operations and daily administrative workflow
- Assist the team in meeting production and collections goals
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and office compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental practice
Preferred:
- Dental insurance and billing experience
- Multi-provider or multi-location practice experience
