Location: Pomona, CA
Hybrid work model (2 days onsite)
Pay Rate: $30-35/hr. on W2
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM
Duration: 18 Months (Extension possible)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst / Program Analyst to support Remediation Work Management initiatives. This role focuses on data analysis, program tracking, and compliance support, ensuring alignment with Transmission & Distribution notification processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to monitor performance, ensure data accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support remediation program execution and ensure compliance notifications are completed within deadlines
- Track and analyze data using dashboards, trackers, and systems of record
- Gather, interpret, and report program performance data to senior advisors
- Manage program tasks, deliverables, and short-term project workstreams
- Collaborate with regional and district stakeholders for operational alignment
- Analyze notification requirements and determine resource needs
- Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure data integrity through validation and cleanup activities
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide regular updates
- Support compliance processes aligned with E1 policy and GO95 standards
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or analytical roles
- Experience working with databases and spreadsheet tools
- Strong experience in data gathering, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate’s degree required
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in utility industry (Transmission & Distribution) or program management
- Strong background in data analytics and handling large/complex datasets
- Experience with scheduling processes and notification workflows
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Power BI, SAP, ClickSchedule, WorkIt, FMP360
- Experience preparing weekly/monthly compliance reports
- Knowledge of compliance lifecycle processes (IPSEC)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or analytics tools (SAS, BI dashboards)
- Data Analysis & Reporting, Dashboarding (Power BI or similar), Database & Spreadsheet Management, ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle), Program & Project Tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical, or related field
- Knowledge of E1 policy and GO95 Rule 18
- Understanding of Transmission & Distribution systems
- Strong project planning and team collaboration skills
