Position Overview:
Trident specializes in seeding and erosion control for commercial, industrial, & municipal projects across KS. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to the team.
EXPERIENCE APPRECIATED - erosion control, construction, landscaping, farming, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain erosion control products such as silt fence, filter sock & erosion blanket
- Assist in drill seeding and hydroseeding operations
- Operate and maintain equipment such as tractors, seed drills, trucks/trailers, small equipment & hand tools
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, some Saturdays when the weather calls for it. Daily travel with intermittent overnight stays.
Compensation: Wage rate dependent on experience and skills.

Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver's license and a clean record
- Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and perform rigorous tasks.
