We are employee-owned (ESOP) and specialize in medical office construction(MOBs), retail, restaurant, office, government, including interior build-outs and ground-up projects.
Responsibilities
- Daily job site supervision and management of construction activities
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners
- Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and generate status reports for management
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies on all sites
- Manage scheduling and resources to meet project deadlines
- Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track
- 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent delivering successful projects
- Willingness and ability to travel---14-16 week projects
- Healthcare project experience a must
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents
- Proficient in project management and scheduling software--Procore a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Travel Stipend when traveling: $4,750/mo (untaxed)
