About the Role:

If so, we encourage you to apply for our Aircraft Scheduler position. This role is crucial to ensuring our clients experience seamless and efficient travel.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate private jet schedules, ensuring safe and efficient travel for our clients.
- Communicate effectively with jet owners, executive assistants, FBOs, flight crews, caterers, and rental agencies throughout all flight phases.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer messages and phone calls.
- Collaborate effectively with the team, working a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Prepare reports related to scheduling metrics for management review
Qualifications:
- Experience in aviation, particularly dispatch or scheduling, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Excellent attention to detail and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
