Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Handle data entry with precision, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and client information
- Support office management duties such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls professionally, and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling phone communication with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and presentations
- Coordinate calendar management for staff or executives, scheduling meetings and managing deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Proven experience with bookkeeping software, Quickbooks.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment
- Prior administrative experience including front desk duties, clerical tasks, or office management roles
- Exceptional communication skills both via phone and in person; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of office procedures such as filing systems, proofreading documents, and maintaining confidentiality
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques and productivity software
