TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Level II Security Officers to join our team in Naples, Florida. This is an overnight position (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) requiring regular foot patrols throughout a small community. Applicants must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment while providing exceptional service.
As a TriCorps officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of residents, staff, and property by performing thorough patrols, monitoring activity, and responding promptly to incidents or concerns.

Responsibilities
- Conduct hourly foot patrols to ensure the safety and security of the community.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized entry.
- Observe, report, and respond to irregular or suspicious activity.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security or safety issues.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or service calls.
- Prepare accurate reports documenting activities, observations, and incidents.
- Collaborate with management to uphold TriCorps’ standards of excellence and service.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Stay alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate calm judgment and professionalism under all circumstances.
- Uphold TriCorps’ core values of integrity, reliability, and service excellence.
- Overnight shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
- Located in Naples, Florida.
