As a TriCorps Armed Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of client properties by enforcing site rules, conducting patrols, and providing a visible and professional presence.
Responsibilities
- Perform entrance control by enforcing building entry and identification procedures.
- Conduct roving patrols of facilities and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
- Maintain stationary posts, monitoring security systems and controlling access points.
- Provide escort services for employees, visitors, or designated individuals as directed.
- Enforce law and order, responding promptly to incidents or potential threats to safety.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports documenting incidents, activities, and security observations.
- Preserve order and ensure compliance with all site regulations to protect personnel, property, and assets.
- Support client and management directives to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
- Remain alert and observant throughout each shift to ensure proactive awareness of surroundings.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate composure, good judgment, and professionalism in stressful or emergency situations.
- Uphold TriCorps’ standards of integrity, reliability, and service excellence.
- Positions available in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
- Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
