What You’ll Do
- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence efficiently
- Coordinate office supply orders for multiple locations
- Support marketing and internal teams with project-based tasks
- Maintain a welcoming and dependable presence for clients, carriers, and colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
