Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
- Assisting with concrete formwork and reinforcement.
- Operating hand and power tools for concrete finishing.
- Assisting with form setting and mucking.
- Assisting with the placement and finishing of concrete slabs and structures.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Following safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in concrete labor or related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time.
- Previous experience in concrete labor or related field is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Experience with concrete forming, rebar tying, and finishing preferred.
- 1 year of heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Hourly Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour DOE.
