Position: Quality Control Analyst
Duration: 1-Year Contract (W2)
Location: 3800 W. 143rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44111, USA
Schedule: 2nd shift weekends, Thursday–Sunday, 12:00pm–10:30pm (4 10hr shifts)
Note: Hours and working days are non-negotiable

Job Description• Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.
• Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.
• Records test results on batch tickets and in company's computer operating system.
• Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests
• Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
• Maintain housekeeping of the working place
• Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy
• Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.
• Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
• Support all Quality Control related One PPG initiatives
• Minimum of two-year technical degree preferred (Quality, Engineering, or other sciences) or three or more years of related experience and/or training
• Two (2) years analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
