Role Summary:
This position involves receiving and inputting data into an Excel spreadsheet, maintaining data accuracy, and performing clerical duties in a production environment. The candidate will walk around hourly to collect data for entry.
The role is responsible for entering product status updates into Microsoft Excel hourly across the plant and assisting with other operations functions. Additional data entry into a database (Oracle) is also required. The individual must wear PPE and travel between buildings to gather data.
Key Responsibilities:

Input and revise data in Excel spreadsheets

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Collect data hourly from production areas

Enter and update information in Oracle database

Perform general clerical duties

Support plant operations functions

Communicate effectively and escalate issues appropriately

Maintain cleanliness and follow housekeeping protocols

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or similar roles

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Comfortable working on the production floor, not in an office setting

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must work well with diverse teams
PPE Requirements:

Must be clean-shaven on Day 1 for respirator fitting (contractors not in compliance will be turned away)

Steel-toe shoes, hard hat, lab coat, and safety glasses must be worn in production areas
