Job Title: Human Resource Assistant
Location: 100 West Anderson Street, Orlando, FL 32801
Type: 1 year contract on W2
Pay Rate: $28.97
Primary Functions:

Provide administrative support to designated HR area of assignment

Support the designated HR area's specific project needs
-
Access and utilize multiple HR systems such as applicant tracking systems, learning management systems etc.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and data
-
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
-
Upload, maintain and organize the designated HR area's file system in Documentum
-
Transfer documents and data accurately and efficiently
-
Audit and ensure accurate versions of HR documents in HR systems applicable to the designated HR area are maintained
-
Audit various HR files and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable policies and guidelines
-
Support updating and editing of documents such as success profiles, policies, procedures and other related items based on feedback from department leaders and team members
-
Connect with and provide customer service to stakeholders related to area of support
-
Maintain the project and staff calendar for the designated HR area; communicate and monitor adherence to deadlines related to projects
-
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and regularly update spreadsheets

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Required

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role, HR specific experience preferred

Experience using HR related programs (i.e., Document Management Systems (Documentum), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management) preferred

Experience in designated HR support area, preferred
Education Required

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR functional area

Experience using HR related programs such as Document Management Systems (electronic document repositories), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management) (preferred)

Experience in designated HR support area (preferred)
