Web Services Consultant

Summary

Our client is seeking a Web Services Consultant to deliver end-to-end support for Web Service customer inquiries including testing, implementation, and troubleshooting. This role will assist in resolving complex integration and system API issues, support technical onboarding for new partners, and proactively monitor API health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end support for SERFF and OPTins Web service customer inquiries including testing and troubleshooting.
• Resolve complex integration and system API issues while analyzing business requirements.
• Provide technical onboarding and integration support for new partners through API authentication and endpoint configuration.
• Proactively monitor API health and usage trends to identify potential bottlenecks before they affect clients.
• Schedule, coordinate, and lead meetings with customers and internal staff related to Web services.
• Update FAQs, reference documents, and internal guidance materials.
  
  

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of using Postman with API protocols (REST, SOAP).
• Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
  

Preferred

• Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace).
• Experience with load and performance testing tools (LoadRunner Cloud).
  
  

This is a 12-Month Contract opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client.
