Technical Support Specialist
Summary
The Technical Support Specialist will ensure the reliability and security of critical systems for local site operations, including network connectivity, servers, and communication tools. This role will provide advanced desktop support, collaborate closely with business users, and deliver exceptional customer service with urgency and empathy. Responsibilities include problem management, incident resolution, hardware lifecycle oversight, and knowledge transfer. This position will also support cyber and physical security compliance and partners with global teams to implement new technologies.
