Responsibilities
- Manage system consolidation and core conversion activities associated with a credit union merger.
- Oversee data and CRM integration efforts including marketing platforms, internal systems, and website alignment.
- Drive Agile project delivery using two-week sprints and maintain progress in Azure DevOps.
- Prepare project updates, RAID logs, and status reports for leadership and stakeholder groups.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to align timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
- Support cross-functional teams by identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication.
- Background in Financial Services with experience supporting system consolidation or complex integration work.
- Familiarity with data, CRM, or back-office platforms including ERP systems.
- Comfortable working with technology and understanding project details at a high level.
- Skilled in Agile project management including sprint planning and progress tracking in ADO.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, flexible environment and collaborate with multiple leaders.
