Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate procurement and governance workstreams, acting as liaison between project teams and leadership.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Facilitate meetings, ensure alignment across workstreams, and resolve project obstacles.
- Monitor project status, including cost, staffing, and scheduling; report regularly to leadership.
- Support change management, implement forecasting models, and define OKRs with cross-functional teams.
- Define, develop, and document objectives and key results.
- 5 years of project/program management experience (procurement or finance transformation preferred).
- Solid understanding of S2P processes and systems.
- Experience with ERP and procurement platforms.
- PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications.
