Program Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee strategic procurement and governance initiatives, ensuring smooth execution through strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership.

This role demands expertise in project management, budgeting, and enabling technologies, with a preference for candidates experienced in procurement or finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate procurement and governance workstreams, acting as liaison between project teams and leadership.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Facilitate meetings, ensure alignment across workstreams, and resolve project obstacles.
• Monitor project status, including cost, staffing, and scheduling; report regularly to leadership.
• Support change management, implement forecasting models, and define OKRs with cross-functional teams.
• Define, develop, and document objectives and key results.
  
  

Requirements

• 5 years of project/program management experience (procurement or finance transformation preferred).
• Solid understanding of S2P processes and systems.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms.
• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certifications.
  
  

This is a 12 month remote Contract with our Minneapolis-based client. 100% Paid employee Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k) (with immediately vested company match) available with TriCom during the contract period.
