What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network & Security Analyst position at TriCom Technical Services?
Summary
Our client is a growing managed services provider (MSP) seeking a hands-on Network & Security Analyst to eventually run and own their network engineering practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will work closely with our senior technical leadership for the first several months, then take full ownership of the network stack. You will architect, deploy, and manage complex network environments across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work with a collaborative team of 13, with close mentorship from senior technical leadership. The ideal candidate has done this work before; you have built and deployed networks, not just maintained them. You enjoy being client-facing, thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment, and bring a get-it-done attitude. You understand that in a managed services environment, no two days are the same and no two clients are identical. MSP or MSSP experience is a significant advantage; if you do not have it, you should have genuine enthusiasm for working across diverse environments and a service-oriented mindset.
