We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join a growing logistics company in San Pedro, CA. This is a long-term opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and possesses strong communication and basic computer skills.

- Monday – Friday 07:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Requirements of the Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk:
- Clerical experience
- Basic computer and writing skills
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk:
- Clerical support for the import department
- Data entry, update information regarding shipments
- Prepare documentation for vendors
- Trace shipments
- Arrange deliveries
- Communicate with customers and vendors (forwarders and Trucking companies)
- Other related duties will be assigned
Employment Type: Long-term temp (1 year)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 04:00 p.m.
