Make Ready Supervisor Compensation and Benefits

• Pay— Hourly Pay from $18 to $24.00, based on your experience.

Make Ready Supervisor Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Must be detailed orientated and organized
• Ability to work Saturdays, late shifts, and overtime
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Experience diagnosing and reconditioning preowned cars at a dealership

Make Ready Supervisor Responsibilities

• Determine what cars need to be photographed, and stage vehicles to take multiple photos of inventory.
• Conduct routine vehicle inventory audit which includes front-line inventory, trade-ins, lot drops, and lot repairs.
• Responsible for inventory operations to include vehicle maintenance, vehicle cleanliness, vehicle merchandising and display, vehicle transportation, vendor relationships, lot and building image, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with quality control of detail vendor and inventory receivers on other responsibilities necessary to meet the responsibilities of this position.
