Insurance Claims Specialist Compensation and Benefits

• Pay – $20 per hour

Insurance Claims Specialist Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in Claims processing or related field.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual English / Spanish required.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Authorize payments and prepare reports of findings of an investigation, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines

Insurance Claims Specialist Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with insurance claims
• Working with claims adjusters to ensure prompt payment of claims
• Working with body shops to ensure prompt repair of vehicles
• Collecting accident details
• Providing customer details on benefits and coverages of company Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI)
