Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and structured lessons in esthetics according to the established curriculum.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training in various beauty techniques.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote further development.
- Maintain an organized and positive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure a consistent and effective approach to education.
Qualifications:
- Active Educator License in the State of Illinois is required.
- Must have relevant esthetics experience and knowledge of skincare and makeup.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for educating and empowering students in their beauty careers.
- Availability to teach Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
