Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a curriculum that meets industry standards and inspires student creativity
- Conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations in cosmetology techniques
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students, facilitating their growth and success
- Maintain classroom management and uphold a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
- Contribute to program assessments to ensure continuous improvement and high educational standards

Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Cosmetology Teacher License in the State of Illinois
- Hands-on experience in the cosmetology industry
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and fostering student success
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a collaborative learning environment
- Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm CST
