As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will play a central role in guiding students through their training and supporting their progress toward licensure. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging theory lessons and live demonstrations across core cosmetology techniques
- Evaluate student practical work and provide individualized coaching for skill development
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant salon classroom environment
- Track student progress and support preparation for state licensing requirements
- Collaborate with campus staff to improve curriculum and student outcomes
- Hold a valid cosmetology instructor license
- Hands-on experience with haircutting, hair coloring, chemical texture services, and styling
- Strong knowledge of state board standards, including salon sanitation and safety requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Prior instructional experience is a plus
