Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage campus operations to achieve academic excellence and financial performance
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies
- Recruit, train, and develop campus staff to support student success and operational goals
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and campus facilities effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with local industry partners and community organizations
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve retention and completion rates
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming campus environment
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in educational leadership or administration
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in education
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Proficiency with computer applications relevant to educational management
