In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a current State of Illinois Educator License
- Demonstrated expertise in esthetics, including skincare and makeup application
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting student development
- Availability to teach daytime hours as per the class schedule
