Trichell Law Firm (TLF) is a boutique plaintiff-focused practice founded in 2018 by torts specialist Chase Trichell. Guided by motto “a fresh approach to an old profession,” TLF prioritizes accessibility, engaging clients through traditional channels as well as social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. TLF aims to advance equality while simplifying and improving client experience.
This is a leadership seat, not a support role. You will be primary leader of firm’s nonlegal operations, partnering directly with Owner-Operator on how firm runs and where it goes next. This is a growing firm and this role is built to grow with it.
Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of firm
- Develop and improve office policies, procedures, and workflows
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration
- Track key financial metrics and prepare monthly reports
Human Resources
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train administrative staff
- Manage employee performance evaluations and professional development
- Maintain personnel records and HR policies
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Technology & Systems
- Coordinate with IT vendors to maintain systems/cybersecurity
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
Vendor & Facilities Management
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Manage relationships with accountants, IT consultants, insurance providers, and office suppliers
- Ensure office environment remains safe, functional, and professional
Strategic Planning
- Assist with business planning and growth initiatives
- Develop operational goals and monitor progress
- Analyze firm performance using KPIs
- Recommend improvements to increase profitability and efficiency
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field required
- Five (5) or more years of management experience, preferably in legal or professional services environment
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and HR
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with various office softwares and AI tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Professional demeanor with high level of integrity
