Service Concierge
Job Summary:
Trice Jewelers, a local high-end jewelry store, is seeking an experienced, high energy, service representative to join our concierge team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in luxury customer service with a focus on impeccable client relations and a proven history of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Service Concierge team report directly to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a 5 STAR customer service experience that exceeds guest expectations.
- Identifying and understanding client service needs and preferences, offering custom solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Utilizing superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience with customer service, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and service areas.
- Build a positive rapport with every interaction. Defuse pressured/intense exchanges with Trice guests immediately.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, as outlined by your schedule.
- Assist clients and guests with all their post-sale needs, including cleaning, warranty checks, repair evaluation, and pricing.
- Accurately document/photograph all information exchanged while receiving or delivering repairs, layaways, and special orders with Trice guests.
- Assist guests with special orders, repairs, and layaways. This may include taking payment, boxing, wrapping items, and appraisal explanation.
- Assist in inventory tagging, displays, and basic store maintenance as requested by management.
- Answer, manage, and direct all incoming phone calls.
- Assist Sales Executives with guest needs to ensure they are free to greet and work with clients.
- Managing client service records and follow-ups to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field may also be an advantage.
- 3-4 years of luxury retail jewelry sales experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and diligence in follow-up.
- Knowledge of jewelry and precious stones.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures determined by leadership, including all opening and closing duties and any additional request from management.
This is a full-time position at Trice Jewelers, located at 6885 S University Blvd. in Centennial Colorado.
