Trice Hughes, Inc in Princeton, Kentucky is looking for a motivated, team driven, professional Automotive Sales Associate to join our Team.
Responsibilities:
- Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle to customers.
- Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
- Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
- Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment.
- Engages in business development.
- Addresses customer concerns.
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voice mail
- Follow up with all existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads Other duties as assigned
- Help Customers to test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
Requirements - Ideal Candidate will possess:
- A strong desire to succeed
- Previous Sales, Customer Service, or Retail experience
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Basic computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to ask for the sale and follow through to close
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DMV screening with clean driving record
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
