🩺 Role Responsibilities (Full-Time Salary)
- Provide SOC, ROC, Recerts, Routine Visits, and Discharges
- Deliver skilled nursing care: wound care, diabetic teaching, vitals, meds, and education
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and office staff
- Complete accurate documentation in Axxess EMR
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Manage your daily route with flexibility and independence
🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas RN License
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred but NOT required)
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- CPR certified
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation is a plus — but we will train
