Your Role

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow Government, Corporate, and University accounts with a thoughtful, boutique approach
- Prospect and secure new business through creative outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Conduct personalized site tours that highlight the style, story, and experience of Sol Cypress
- Build long-term client relationships that translate into consistent revenue production
- Negotiate rates and contracts aligned with brand and revenue strategy
- Maintain account plans, activity tracking, and forecasts using Marriott sales tools
- Collaborate closely with operations and revenue management to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Represent Sol Cypress at local events, industry functions, and sales missions
2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with a lifestyle or boutique-leaning brand
- Experience selling Government, Corporate, and University markets
- Knowledge of the San Antonio market strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine, confident sales style
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with Marriott sales systems a plus
- Flexibility to attend client events, evening networking, and local functions
