Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong General Management and Business Management skills to oversee hotel operations and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to maintain high guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to manage operating expenses, forecast revenues, and support profitability goals.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Food & Beverage operations to coordinate restaurant, bar, and catering services within the hotel.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior hotel or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, and proficiency with hotel management systems and basic office software.
