Experience matters and our RN Case Managers will provide individualized, compassionate hospice care and support for our patients and their families.

To join our team, you will need:
- RN license to practice in the state
- Minimum of one year of RN experience, hospice experience strongly preferred
- Positive Attitude, negative individuals need not apply!
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (RN Case Manager)
- Minimal On-Call Rotation

Pay: $82,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
