Compensation for fully trained Servers starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Weekday lunch availability is needed

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Help guests with menu selections and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
- Accurately enter orders and communicate with the kitchen and bar teams
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
- Check in with guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve concerns professionally
- Process guest payments accurately
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Reset tables and complete opening, closing, stocking, and side work duties
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
- Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry food and beverage trays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Must obtain Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training (I-PACT) certification within 30 days of hire
