The right candidate will bring a strong mix of finance systems experience, accounting literacy, reporting discipline, technical capability, and practical judgment. This person should be comfortable working with senior finance leadership while also understanding the day-to-day accounting and reporting mechanics that support a healthy finance function.
This role is best suited for someone who has built useful internal tools and reporting solutions in a real operating environment. Experience in property management, construction, real estate, or similarly complex businesses will be especially valuable. This role offers the opportunity to step into a visible, company-level position with meaningful impact. The right person will work closely with senior finance leadership, help improve how the company manages financial information, and play a major part in modernizing reporting, systems, and internal efficiency across the business.
