Summary/Objective
This position is an active indoors and outdoors position supporting the daily operations of the Golf Department and includes the potential for regularly requested Caddie loops.
Essential Functions
- Answer the phone, radio, and personal communication.
- Lift and carry golf bags and other items up to 50 lbs.
- Manage the flow of guest traffic around cart staging area and bag room.
- Prep and stage golf carts.
- Clean and prepare golf carts for use before and after all forms of play.
- Keep up on all Driving Range duties, including but not limited to setting up golf equipment, stocking golf balls, driving rage supplies, and picking balls from the range.
- Maintain an organized and accurate tee sheet.
- Delivery of guest requests and items to the golf course location.
- Stage in key locations for immediate guest support.
- Participate in caddie loops or course hosting as requested and/or assigned.
- Adhere to all property and department policies and procedures.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Travel
Some light driving travel is expected for this position. Distance will not likely exceed 50 miles. You may be asked to shuttle members and guests to local airports, including Idaho Falls and Jackson Hole.
Required Education and Experience
- Prior experience in a customer-centric, customer-facing position is required.
- Prior Experience in Outside Services or a similar position and at least one year as a Golf Caddie.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous experience in a resort or hotel setting is preferred but not required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Work Authorization
Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States for I-9 form purposes.
