Role Description The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Driggs, ID, supporting the management of all food and beverage operations across the community’s dining outlets. This role assists with daily floor supervision, ensuring excellent guest service, quality food and beverage presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards. The position helps coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance, while monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and supporting cost controls.
