TriBridge Residential is actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for our M-Street property, located in Atlanta, GA (West Midtown area)

High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience

Requirements
- Must have multi-family experience
- A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and write English
- HVAC certification is required
- The ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential
- Must own required tools
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces is essential
- Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
- Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
- Assume emergency on-call duties
- Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager
- Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily
- Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager
