TriBridge Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for our Mountain Creek property, located in Waynesville, NC.
TriBridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA. It currently manages approximately 7,000 units and $1.3 billion in assets. The firm focuses on Southeast markets and provides a vertically integrated platform with a 25 year track record through its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Requirements:
- Must have multi-family experience
- A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and write English
- HVAC certification is required
- The ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential
- Must own required tools
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces is essential
- Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
- Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assume emergency on-call duties
- Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager
- Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily
- Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager
Required education:
High school diploma or equivalent

- HVAC Certification: 2 years
- Appliance Repair: 2 years
- Multifamily: 2 years
- Plumbing: 2 years
- Maintenance Technician: 2 years
- Electrical: 2 years
Required license or certification:
- Driver's License
- HVAC Certification
