SHIFT LEAD
Employment Type: Full Time. This position requires flexible scheduling and includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday hours
Benefits: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage available.
Compensation: $19/hr, 40 hours per week
Job Details: Days/Evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays or events required. Sanitation Manager and Allergens certification required within 30 days. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

- Work alongside and under the direction of the Kitchen Manager and Owner to execute service
- Serve as Expo, acting as the link between the kitchen and customers at the register
- Master multiple positions: back line, front line, and prep
- Operate POS and manage delivery orders (e.g., Toast, DoorDash) throughout the shift
- Support the training of new and veteran staff
- Review checklists throughout the day
- Ensure the accuracy, excellence, and wholesomeness of every food item
- Uphold and enforce TBSS safety and sanitation policies
- Maintain service systems
- Oversee opening and/or closing shifts
- Support the team through a pre-shift huddle
- Place orders for food and packaging supplies
- Flag low or needed products to the team
- Post daily shift notes in Slack
- Ensure stations are properly stocked for all services, and product is fresh and properly rotated
- Minimize waste and utilize all product throughout a shift
- Exhibits strong, detail-oriented organizational skills
- Provide direction to staff in the moment
- Directs any staff conflict or other staff situations or concerns to the Kitchen Manager or Owner
