Job Type: Contract / Commission-Based
Schedule: Flexible, self-determined schedule
Location: Hybrid / in person — Bellevue, WA; serving Greater Seattle and the Eastside
Build a bigger real estate career—with real opportunities behind you.
At Tribeca NW Real Estate, we are not a traditional brokerage where agents are handed a desk, a logo, and a phone number and then left to figure it out alone.
We are a high-performance teamerage: the collaboration, accountability, training, lead flow, and operational support of a top-producing sales team—combined with the flexibility, earning potential, and long-term business ownership opportunity of a brokerage.
If you are newly licensed and want a faster path to competence, or you are an experienced broker who is tired of chasing low-quality leads, handling every administrative task alone, and leaving money on the table due to limited support, Tribeca NW gives you a clearer path forward.
You bring the work ethic, urgency, and commitment to clients. We provide the systems, live opportunities, coaching, technology, marketing, and transaction support to help you convert more conversations into closings.
Why Tribeca NWA real pipeline—not vague promises of “leads”
We invest heavily in consumer-facing lead generation through Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, and other high-intent channels. These are active buyers and sellers who are already looking for professional help—not cold lists, outdated databases, or prospects you have to chase for months.
Your opportunity includes:
- High-intent buyer and seller connections generated through major real estate portals and digital marketing
- Live phone-transfer opportunities so you can connect with engaged consumers in real time
- Additional buyer and seller opportunities through our internal lead pond
- Inside Sales support to help qualify opportunities and schedule appointments
- Proven follow-up systems, scripts, CRM workflows, and accountability to help ensure leads do not fall through the cracks
- A consistent opportunity source that allows you to focus on advising clients, building relationships, negotiating, and closing
We do not believe agents should have to build a career on hope, open-house floor time alone, or cold calling strangers all day. We believe in pairing strong agents with strong systems and real consumer demand.
Mentorship That Happens in the Field
Our mentorship program is not just a weekly Zoom meeting or a binder of scripts. You learn by participating in real business alongside experienced producers.
Newer agents receive hands-on coaching designed to shorten the learning curve and build confidence faster. You will have the opportunity to learn directly from brokers who consistently close 30–50 homes per year.
Your training can include:
- Attending buyer consultations, listing appointments, showings, open houses, inspections, and negotiations
- Learning how to structure offers, navigate counteroffers, and compete in multiple-offer situations
- Building confidence in pricing strategy, comparative market analysis, buyer consultation flow, and listing presentations
- Reviewing contracts and transaction scenarios with experienced leadership support
- Weekly coaching, role-play, skill development, and sales training, including Tom Ferry-based content
- Learning the habits and systems that create predictable production—not occasional transactions
- Following a structured development plan that helps you progress from mentee to independent producer
You will not be expected to know everything on day one. You will be expected to show up prepared, stay coachable, follow the systems, and take ownership of your growth.
More Leverage Around Every Transaction
The best agents protect their time for the activities that drive revenue: responding to clients, consulting, showing homes, winning listings, negotiating, and closing.
Tribeca NW provides operational and marketing support to help reduce the administrative drag that slows down independent agents.
You will have access to:
- In-house transaction and listing-management support
- Assistance with paperwork, mutual acceptance, listing coordination, and transaction milestones
- Marketing support for listings, open houses, social media, print materials, and targeted digital campaigns
- Modern CRM, communication, and sales technology
- Coaching, sales meetings, and accountability designed to keep your pipeline moving
- A collaborative environment where agents share knowledge, support one another, and celebrate production
- No unnecessary monthly desk fees or “junk fees” for coaching, lead access, and core support
This is a place for agents who want to spend less time reinventing the wheel and more time becoming trusted advisors in their market.
Who Thrives Here
We are looking for people who see real estate as a serious career—not a side hobby.
You may be:
- A newly licensed broker or soon-to-be licensed agent who wants live mentorship, real transaction exposure, and a supported launch into the business
- An existing agent producing some business but ready to scale through better lead flow, stronger systems, marketing leverage, and more coaching
- A relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping buyers and sellers make major financial and life decisions
- A competitive, resilient self-starter who follows up consistently and understands that speed-to-lead matters
- A coachable professional willing to practice, implement feedback, and improve their skills
- A collaborative team player who wants a positive, high-accountability culture without the isolation of working alone
- A tech-comfortable agent ready to use CRM tools, digital communication, and modern lead-conversion systems to build a stronger business
What You’ll Do
As a Tribeca NW broker, you will:
- Respond quickly and professionally to pre-qualified buyer and seller opportunities
- Convert inbound leads through consistent follow-up, consultation, and relationship-building
- Advise buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Seattle and Eastside real estate markets
- Conduct buyer consultations, listing consultations, showings, open houses, and property tours
- Develop market expertise in Bellevue, Seattle, Redmond, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Renton, and surrounding communities
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate strategically, and guide clients through complex decisions
- Work closely with in-house support, mentors, and leadership to create smooth client experiences
- Build a long-term referral-based business while leveraging company-generated opportunities
- Participate in coaching, skill development, role-play, and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Active Washington State real estate broker license, or actively completing the licensing process
- Strong communication, listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A professional, responsive, client-first approach
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when clients need you
- Strong follow-up discipline and willingness to work a proven sales process
- Comfort learning and using CRM, texting, calling, video, digital marketing, and real estate technology
- A genuine desire to build a high-income, long-term real estate career
Compensation and Growth
This is a commission-based opportunity with significant earning potential for agents who consistently execute the system, follow up with opportunities, and deliver exceptional client service.
Expected annual earnings: $65,000–$195,000 per year.
Your income is tied to your production, and your production is supported by lead flow, mentorship, systems, marketing, transaction coordination, and a team that wants you to win.
Your Next Move
There are plenty of brokerages that will welcome you in—but few will give you a real framework for becoming productive.
At Tribeca NW Real Estate, you can build your own business without building it alone. You will have access to live opportunities, practical mentorship, proven lead-conversion systems, operational support, and a culture built around growth, accountability, and service.
If you are ready to stop guessing, start converting, and build a real estate career with momentum, apply today.
