Job Title: Provider Scheduling Admin
Weekly Hours: Full time, 35-40 hrs/wk
Supervised by: Manager of Business Operations
Position Overview: Assist the Provider Scheduling team with scheduling admin responsibilities for Parkside Pediatrics, Breastfeeding Center of Greenville, and Parkside Behavioral Health. Works closely with the Provider Scheduling Specialist and Provider Scheduling Assistants.
Responsibilities:
Create monthly utilization reports, monthly capacity reports, quarterly projection reports, and reports for special initiatives.

Maintain monthly on-call calendars, enter on-calls schedule into EMR, communicate on-call changes to appropriate departments.

Maintain accuracy of EMR schedule including adding/releasing holds, double checking EMR against Amion, and reviewing daily usages.

Work in tandem with the Provider Scheduling team on extra ongoing projects as needed and assist with urgent daily tasks as needed

Exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Work environment and Physical Demands: Requires sitting, standing, and walking associated with a normal physician office environment. Person may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, infectious diseases, blood/bodily fluids, and disease-bearing specimens
