- Create highly creative and compelling visual content across digital design platforms and print media when required.

- Challenge and help shape creative briefs to ensure creative output meets the client’s needs and expectations.
- Genuinely love the brands you work on, ensuring their guidelines are upheld and consistently applied across every touchpoint.
- Bring ideas, not just execution, with a high level of attention to detail across every piece of work.
- Continuously improve and optimise your own design process to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeframes to a high standard.
- Support the Growth Team with production of paid media and email assets.
- Collaborate with the Build Team to create exceptional websites with best practice user experience and interface design.

- Represent design in client kick-off calls, presentations, reviews and pitches.
- Ensure creative briefing docs are complete and concise, with all relevant docs and assets available before creative work commences.
- Run thorough aesthetic QA on developed sites to ensure your designs are precisely and effectively transferred to the final build.
- Stay on top of current design trends, tools, techniques and competitor activity to inform your own work and keep us ahead in our sector.
- Expert-level Figma skills — component libraries, auto-layout, variants, prototyping. You should be able to build and maintain a scalable design system, not just use one.
- Strong portfolio of ecommerce and consumer brand work. Shopify experience is a strong plus.
- Genuine interest in the DTC and consumer goods space. You follow the brands and have opinions on what makes a challenger brand stand out.
- Confidence presenting and defending design decisions directly to clients.
