We're partnering with a leading agency that works with some of the most recognised names in fashion and lifestyle. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Paid Media Director to lead the strategy and delivery of paid media activity for a flagship fashion account.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious paid media professional ready to step into a leadership role, combining hands-on strategic expertise with client leadership and team management responsibilities.
The Role
As Paid Media Director, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel paid media campaigns, working closely with senior client stakeholders and internal specialists to drive growth, performance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy for a major fashion client.
- Oversee campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Video, and emerging digital channels.
- Manage client relationships and act as the senior strategic contact on the account.
- Drive campaign performance through data analysis, testing, and optimisation.
- Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and planning teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
- Present strategic recommendations and campaign insights to stakeholders.
- Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to wider agency growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 4 years' experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Media.
- Strong experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Previous agency experience managing high-profile client accounts.
- Experience working with fashion, retail, luxury, or ecommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of measurement, attribution, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing sizeable media budgets and delivering commercial results.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, SA360, and GA4.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
