Position Details:
- Specialty: Physical Therapy
- Work Setting: Nursing Home
- Schedule: 35 hours per week
- Facility Type: County-owned skilled nursing facility / long-term care home
- Patient Population: Long-term residents and short-term rehab patients
- Clinical Environment: Rural healthcare setting serving northern New Hampshire
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active state PT License
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Life Support Certifications: BLS
